Over his career, he has built and scaled proprietary POS platforms, advanced loyalty capabilities, and led large-scale transformation initiatives focused on improving frontline execution and customer engagement. Caudill is known for fostering cross-functional collaboration and empowering teams to innovate, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies across all store locations.
