June 24, 2026 — W. Capra is proud to share that Addison Del Rio has been named a Convenience Store News 2026 Top Women in Convenience award winner, recognized in the Rising Star category.

The 2026 Top Women in Convenience class represents a record-breaking group of leaders across the convenience store industry, selected based on their achievements over the past year and their contributions to advancing both their organizations and the industry overall.

Addie’s recognition reflects the strong impact she has made, along with the leadership she continues to demonstrate across one of W. Capra’s most technical and rapidly evolving capabilities. With more than 16 years of experience in the convenience and retail petroleum industry, her work has focused on helping retailers and solution providers successfully execute complex technology initiatives.

As Vice President of QA & Lab Services, Addie leads W. Capra’s Technology Lab, overseeing QA, testing, certification, and deployment readiness across POS, payments, loyalty, and emerging technologies. Over the past year, she has played a key role in advancing and scaling the lab to support increasing demand while maintaining consistency and reliability across multiple concurrent programs.

A defining focus of her work has been helping streamline testing processes, reducing risk, accelerating time-to-market for new technologies, and advancing lab automation initiatives. In parallel, she has strengthened long-term execution capability through team development, mentoring, and the introduction of improved methodologies and tooling.

Addie’s ability to scale capability, lead a highly technical team, and improve how new technologies are brought to market makes her a standout emerging leader in the convenience retail industry.

She will be formally recognized at the Top Women in Convenience Awards Gala during the NACS Show this October.
