Impact 21 Welcomes Jerry Miller, as Principal Consultant
Impact 21 announces the addition of Jerry Miller to the team as a Principal Consultant. Miller brings over 40 years’ experience in retail management, with over 25 of them in technology support and management. He draws from his background in operations, merchandising, and technology to lead and develop highly collaborative teams that exceed goals and meet deadlines.

His proficiency in operational retail management, technology, and merchandising will be a valuable asset to our customers,” says Gabe Olives, Impact 21 Chief Information Officer.
Miller comes to Impact 21 from the Kroger Company, serving as the Regional Technology Director, where he managed daily operations of the technology teams in various divisions within the Kroger organization. He worked cross functionally with all Kroger Headquarter teams within the organization to test and develop best practices and new technology.
Miller spent 22 years of his career at Turkey Hill Minit Markets, most recently as Director of IT / Kroger Technology Manager (KTM). In this role, he gained his finesse in team development as the lead for the Office Support supervisor, Store Support supervisor, and LAN administrator on daily, weekly, and yearly tasks and goals. He worked with other KTM’s and Kroger teams on upcoming technology ideas and processes. During his tenure with Turkey Hill, he was a two-time recipient of the President Choice Award.
