Our Story
In 1998, Impact 21 was born from the vision of former energy and retail executives. Their mission: to empower businesses through people, systems, processes, and data. By aligning organizations and driving strategic change, Impact 21 became a globally recognized leader in business transformation.
Meanwhile, established in 2000, W. Capra was carving a path as experts in payments and retail site technology for convenience, petroleum, and QSR operators. From there, W. Capra became an industry leader in IT and business-centered advisory and professional services. The focus was on helping retailers and solution providers to enable secure commerce everywhere.
Both Impact 21 and W. Capra shared a common thread – a deep commitment to their people. They believed that their teams were the heart of their success, comprised of leading experts and innovators in their respective fields.
