Tim Radway

Chief Operating Officer

Tim has been with W. Capra since 2012 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer leading the organization in accounting and finance, cross-functional operations, sales and marketing support, and growth operations. Tim’s diverse set of roles while with W. Capra, including time spent as a consultant, has given him a deep understanding of the many vital facets of running and growing an organization. Over his career, Tim has more than twenty years of experience across a broad set of organizations and holds degrees in International Business, French, and an MBA from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.

Tim loves spending time with his family and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
